Selain itu, sejumlah musisi lainnya juga meraih penghargaan diantaranya Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Halsey dan Rapper Missy Elliott.

Penganugerahan MTV Video Music Awards 2019 diselenggarakan pada Senin (26/8/2019) malam waktu setempat, atau Selasa (27/8/2019) pagi di Indonesia. 

Acara tersebut digelar di New Jersey, Amerika Serikat. Pembawa Acaranya adalah Komedian Sebastian Maniscalco.
